How does POFlow work?
Upload your PO documents (PDFs, photos, or scans). The AI extracts all fields: PO number, dates, customer info, line items with part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and prices. Parts are automatically matched to your product catalog. High-confidence results auto-approve while uncertain items go to a review queue.

Yes. POFlow uses enterprise-grade security: encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security for data isolation, SOC 2 infrastructure, and strict access controls. Your documents are never used for AI model training.
Can I integrate with my ERP or accounting system?
