A free PO-to-Excel tool
Convert a customer purchase order PDF, photo, or scan to Excel or CSV. Conversion is included on the free plan. You need a free account, because the extracted order is saved on that account.
Excel is the export. The same account also does automated sales order entry: each line matched to your catalog, and a part number you correct once stored for that customer.

What document formats are supported?
POFlow accepts PDF files, photographs, and scanned documents. Any customer format works. No templates or special formatting required.
Can I integrate with my ERP or accounting system?
POFlow exports structured data in Excel and CSV formats that plug into any ERP, accounting, or inventory system. A direct API integration is on our roadmap but not available today.
